Custom & Personalized Orders

Many of our products are custom-made or personalized based on the information you provide.

Production of custom items will only begin after payment has been successfully completed.

Personalized items are made just for you and cannot be canceled or modified once production begins. That said, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, or if it arrives damaged or defective.

Please make sure all personalization details (such as names, photos, dates, or other custom information) are accurate before completing your order.

We are not responsible for errors in the personalization details provided by the customer.
